These terms and conditions apply to your participation in the ‘Good Grow’ free training, provided by Always Eleven Eleven Limited, trading as Proof Coaching and/or Lucy Sheridan (“we” or “us”).

You” have signed up to participate in our 3-day training, and we’re really excited to have you onboard! We hope you get a lot out of this. However, we do have to make sure you understand the ‘legal bit’ as well.

The content provided to you as part of this training is our exclusive property. This means it is protected by copyright. We give you a temporary license to access the content for your own personal, non-commercial purposes, but you are not allowed to copy it, send it to anyone else, create derivative works from it or exploit it in any way. We can end this license at any time for any reason whatsoever.

The content in the training is for general guidance and informational purposes only. We do not provide therapeutic or other mental health advice, and do not claim to do so. If you choose to implement anything you have seen or heard in our training, we are not responsible for the consequences of this. This is your decision to make based on your own judgment.

We do not guarantee the accuracy of anything contained in the training, and are not responsible for any loss that you may incur through your use of anything you learn as part of the training, including any loss of profit, income, business, data, contracts, goodwill or opportunities. We do not guarantee any particular outcome from participating in the training.

If there is a legal dispute that arises in relation to your participation in our training, this will be governed and construed in accordance with English law, and the English courts will have exclusive jurisdiction to deal with any dispute that may arise in this regard.
